This evening's concert offers an overview of the Hungarian renewal of folk tradition with a string trio composed of a violin, a viola (brach) and a double bass, complemented by a cimbalom, one of the most emblematic and appreciated instruments Hungarian music, including Gypsy music. Among the group's artists are two eminent musicians from the prestigious Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest, recognized as major figures in this "musical renaissance" movement.
